I was very impressed with Al. He was on time to coming over and most importantly, he was honest to me. I thought that I needed to get my sump pump repaired or replaced but he told me that there was nothing wrong with it and if I did need it serviced, what I would need for that. He was professional and I am going to be using him for future projects that I have planned and highly recommend him to others.

These fellows are a great example of what immigrants can accomplish with hard work and personal initiative. I hired them because of the excellent reviews they have received from other customers. They were prompt in arriving, found the problem quickly and did the job immediately as the sump pump had failed and we've had so much rain there was a lot of water in the crawl space. They were efficient, honest, very personable and so nice to work with. As this was in the crawl space, they took pictures of everything and showed them before performing any work. They also found a leaking water pipe and replaced that at the same time. I highly recommend Frank and Elvis with Western Washington Plumbing.
