I had contracted with a big box home improvement store to install tile in my home. After it was discovered we had old asbestos tile under the existing carpet, the big box home improvement store was no help, recommending a different website (which we haven't heard back from) for abatement. I googled, and through HomeAdvisor, found Abatement Pros. They were quick and efficient with their quote, and very professional and efficient at performing the task at hand.

Frank called within 5 minutes of my phone conversation with Home Advisor!! The very next morning he went by my house in need of repair. He called to explain the scope, cost and when he could make the repairs. He promptly followed with a written proposal with pictures via email. Once selected, he performed the work as and when agreed. Upon completion he called to let me know. He sent the invoice via email and was agreeable to having the check sent to him through the mail. Frank was very, very prompt, timely and professional. He possesses a "can do" attitude --- exactly what we needed.
