Comment: The painting project is for an HOA of 6 town-homes. The town-homes are primarily brick. The wooden additions and window/door trim need prep work and new paint. We want to match the existing 2 colors. Only the west and south side of the building needs painted. Also, there are about 20 windows with iron security bars around the entire structure. We would like the bars removed painted black and reaffixed to the windows.
