Comment: The gutters need to be cleaned again - the strong winds recently have blown a lot of leaves around and I'm sure they're clogging part of the gutters. I was going to get that done, but then we got the heavy icy snow about a week and a half ago, which caused some of the gutters to pull away from the house and leak from the seams. I don't know if merely banging the spikes in to reattach the gutters to the house will be sufficient, or if there are more extensive repairs that are needed.
