Rick did the repair himself and it was on a Saturday. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He communicated with me several times on the phone in order to arrange the repair of a broken (in half) ballister and fixing/securing a newel post on our wood staircase. I believe he went above and beyond on our job and was very reasonably priced. I will work with him again in a heartbeat and I am happy and proud to refer him to my neighbors and friends!

They are professional and have exceptional craftsmanship. They have an attention to detail that is top notch. They exceeded my expectation and I am very happy with my new stair rail. I would hire them again in an instant.
