Comment: Concrete slab about 9x10 averaging 10" deep. Will butt up against existing driveway (gradually sloping driveway) and sidewalk. Will need form on one side. Concrete should match color of driveway to extent possible. Steel mesh to reinforce slab probably advisable. This will replace ground level wood deck which has been removed. Little or no excavation required. I have been advised by a neighbor who works in MD as concrete engineer that labor should be not much more than one hours. Can supply photo if useful. Would initially like a ballpark estimate by email to determine if on-site visit is needed. I am currently deciding whether to reinstall the wood deck which was in place for over thirty years, or replace it with a concrete slab.
