Comment: Client Home at: 10710 11th Ave NW, Seattle, 98177. This elderly seller is anxious to move into assisted living and we are preparing the home for sale - probably a month out. We hired landscapers to do major exterior clean up and so discovered a measureable crack in poured concrete foundation at NE corner of home. One-story home with full finished walk out basement. Paneling can be easily removed to reveal foundation wall on inside. Wood construction home, 2" wood siding with brick facia at top floor in front of house at opposite SW corner and with no apparent cracking there.
