Comment: 428.3 sq feet of flooring with black mastic needs to be removed. 31st floor of condo building in downtown Boston, broken pipe next door led to flooring needing to be removed. Previous abatement company out of Providence could not come get working quickly. Claim covered by Liberty Mutual. Need someone quick to view property, get proposal to Liberty Mutual, get in the building and start working, as I'm currently out of the building. Abatement would be done in two steps, bedroom first (all furniture currently in living room), then move furniture into bedroom and do living room. If you can do flooring installation and painting after abatement that is a big plus, as we could do abatement and flooring in one room, move furniture, and then do the same in the other room (followed by painting). No chemicals allowed for abatement.
