He did a good job, floors look good. Mine was a small job that he was fitting in between other larger jobs, based on when my other contractors were doing work (painting, termites, cleaning, etc). I was doing a bunch of stuff to the rental house before new renters moved in. The schedule was fluid, so the floors actually got done a few days after I expected, but it was still before my deadline so it was ok.

Rich sanded and stained wood floors throughout our home. He transformed medium-quality wood floors into beautiful high-quality floors. His price was competitive, and he finished on budget, although the project took a day longer than anticipated. Our only criticism is that the men he hired to move our furniture were less careful with our property than he was.
