Comment: There are grooves and faux "plugs" on this hardwood floor to mimic the look of larger planks. I believe this might prevent it from being a candidate for refinishing? In addition, one area is pretty worn down. I would like to know if this can be done and what the cost per square foot would be. If it can be done, does the floor get plained down below the grooves, or do the grooves stay?
