Comment: The front porch of our home is concrete with brick sides and columns. The concrete floor is cracked and leaking into two cellar rooms located in the basement directly under the front porch. When it rains, water leaks into the cellars. The concrete ceiling in the cellar rooms has begun to crack as well, exposing rebar and leaving concrete debris in several parts of the basement.
