Comment: I have a Carrier central a/c unit that is 20 years old. Monday, 7/25/16, the unit was blowing cool air that was not very powerful so I added 2 lbs R22. Starting Friday, 7/29/16, the unit is now blowing warm air. In 2011, 4 lbs of R22 was added. If a new system needs to be purchased I am interested in a comparable system with the same functionality.

Comment: The A/C shuts off every 2 hours and restarts by itself in 30 seconds-2 minutes. The temperature never goes below 82 degrees. It's working well in all 3 bedrooms, but not in the living room. The temperature that coming from the A/C grill is 62-64 degrees, but it's not cold enough to cool the condo.Condo is located on the second (top) floor. I called couple companies and no one could've figure out why the blowing motor (inside the unit) shuts off every 2 hours. The pressure of the condenser is 100 and I've been told that it's much higher than it's supposed to be. And the issue is probably within the system that located inside the condo. Maybe I need a bigger A/C unit. I would like to get a Free estimate of the problem and written estimate of the cost to fix it.
