Good guys. Prompt, and efficient. Although they still need to come back to finish my attic which was not ready for them when they were here.

Arrived on time , worked efficiently, even patched an opening on the roof to stop a small water leak around the vent fan in the attic that was discovered during the job. Insulated entire attic and most of entrance hall. Clean up and patching job was fine.

Really nice people and willing to answer all my questions. They came on time and did the job in a timely manner. The only criticism I would have is that they removed floor boards from the attic floor and did not replace them.

Comment: Interested in a quote for insulating an attic in a detached 1930s house in Inwood, Manhattan. Could be spray, blown cellulose, etc. The attic has three main open areas above and beside the finished rooms on the top floor (imagine a peaked roof with a box in the middle). All three areas are accessible. No insulation whatsoever is currently present -- bare brick walls, bare wood roof and bare top of ceiling below. I would like to spray insulation on either the ceiling of the finished spaces (floor of attic) OR on the underside of the roof. Not sure what is the better approach. Please call to discuss.

Comment: When the building was being reconstructed and new rooms were being put into our premises, proper insulation wasn't put into our new locker rooms. Our main goal with this project is to find the fastest and most sufficient way to correct this problem. What we have to build upon now is the sheet rack and the metal stats frame, we are currently working with a huge space in our ceiling that improvises as an attic. Working with these our main goal for this project is to install the proper insulation. I believe the best solution for this project is to install blow insulation.
