I usually hate the experience of hiring someone to work on my house. Not this time. What a breeze it was to work with this company. No hassles or disappointments. The only thing...I wished that I used "Frog tape" to mask the floor when I touched up the molding. That's on me but I wish they would have mentioned it because the blue tape that I used allowed paint seepage onto my new beautiful floor.

HIRE DYLAN AND HIS TEAM NOW!!! Dylan and his crew were fantastic! I've just moved into a home with 200 year old (yes, 200!) pumpkin pine floors that were begging for extra protection. He was able to quickly diagnose what had previously been done with my floors when they were refinished a few years back with a very thin finish, and offer suggestions on how to best protect them. I met with other floor companies as well and Dylan really understood our desire to highlight the floors as a valuable piece of the home. I though his prices were reasonable before we got the work done - after seeing the great quality I would say that his rates are EXTREMELY fair! We had them sand the floors down and add 3 coats of poly. They came out absolutely stunning and look like they are brand new floors, I couldn't believe the floors could look that good! They're as smooth as butter! His crew was great as well - very professional, prompt, and friendly. I wasn't able to meet them the first day and they were able to start the job and get going with very little direction. We had to break it up into two jobs, and I can't wait to have Dylan's team come back to do the second half of the house! Thanks for the great work!!!

Very impressed with their service. Whenever I called, Dylan was prompt to return my calls/text. They were always on time and if they were running late, they gave me a heads up. We refinished the hardwood floors of 3-4 rooms in our house and we are very happy with the results.

I asked them to come back to re-install the radiator covers that they took off and they never called me back. Also they said they would match the stain color that was already on the railing and the upstairs bedrooms, and it does not match at all.
Response by Dylan Hardwood Floors: Ann was selling her house. She didn't want to redue her bedrooms upstairs that were in terrible condition. So we just did the upstairs hall, steps and downstairs. She PICKED THE COLOR. We show every customer the color before we stain the floor. This is the first I am hearing of her radiator covers. They should've been put back. The job looks amazing and if she was concerned about a perfect match she could've had it if she paid us to do the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Sometimes you just can't win.

Dylan responded immediately to my distress call when another contractor backed out of the job on the first day of the project. His workers were professional, flexible, courteous and wonderful to work with. Would absolutely use them again!
