S.A. Appliance Repair fix our dishwasher. They were very quick to come to our house and. Rey nice and professional. I have works with many repair services because our appliances are old and SA is the best. Family-run businesses provide the best customer care and service. Very reliable and reasonable pricing.

S. A. Appliance Repair missed their first appointment and refused to answer their phone when we reached out to them. They were also 2 hours late for their second appointment and still over charge for the service provided. I won't be using them again because my time is important and critical.

Scheduled fridge repair for 5-19. They called and canceled and scheduled for next day. Someone named Sawi (sp?) Came next day, said temp control needs replaced. We decided to look for new fridge, but after looking decided to expensive. Roommate liked food lasting longer because it was so cold, about 30 degrees, so we decided to do nothing. After a while, Ididnt like it so cold so called them on 6-27, and they said would take 3 days to get part and would call when it comes in. Didn't hear from them so called and left message on 7-6. They never got back to me. If they didn't want to doing it, they should have said so. I wouldn't have had a problem. Thought I would be protected from companies like this going through Home Advisors, but that's not the case.

They called very soon after I contacted Home Advisor and immediately diagnosed my washer's problem. The tech arrived next morning with part in hand. Replaced part and ran the washer thru all cycles before he left. Very courteous and professional. Saved me over $250!

Had gas dryer repaired. It was a small fan that was broken so the clothes would get hot but not get dry. Repair serviceman was RIGHT on time at 10am - very important and appreciated. He was very polite and trouble shooted various problems, thoroughly explained which part was needed the price was comparable to the average that other's had spent. He needed to leave to pick up the part and was going to return the next day, but called an hour or so later and stated he had the part, came back and fixed it. Very thankful as it had been over 6 months of the dryer not working properly.
