I believe this company is a scam - took my $50, indicated needing to buy parts, and then never delivered. They initially responded to phone calls and now it's impossible to get a hold of them - don't answer calls, and voice mailbox is full. I'm in the process of hiring some other repair company but felt the $50 and time wasted (now 2 weeks) waiting for them were the most frustrating part

Tao keeps customer informed of appointment time. Nicely phoned when he needed to make a slight change. He was honest about the appliance condition. We decided on replacement over repair. His presence and evaluation were highly respectable. His fees was very reasonable for being on site. He did not charge for the evaluation. We recommend him without hesitation. It was a very pleasant experience.

The freezer section of my refrigerator was not working. The technician diagnosed that the Freon leaked and caused the frost buildup. He added Freon and defrost the coils with hot water. It took about 24 hours to see the fridge was functioning normal. I didn't get price quote from other service providers, thus unable to compare the pricing.
