John and Jennifer run a family owned business. John came out promptly for an estimate, which was comparable to other estimates that we received. The fact that they were able to move so quickly is why we choose them in the end. The work was completed in 1 day. Although, there was a lack of communication with the end outcome. John was willing to come out the very next day to make the corrections. We would highly recommend this company.

HIred during the rainy season and needed the gutters to protect a new outside wall. Was overcharged nearly 30% for job.
Response by Urban Exteriors, LLC: I am sorry to hear that you feel like you were overcharged. As you stated, you hired us during the rainy season. The very small gutter job was completed in one day. This was the agreed upon price to get the job done so quickly when we were backed up several weeks.
