I was very happy with how very informative Todd was before hand, but after the job was done, my couch was still extremely soiled and he took then to inform me that because of the material and the nature of the soils, it would be inpossible to make it any better. I felt that he should have informed of this prior to cleaning the couch. He had also told me on the couch that he would take 1 hour per article and in the end, he only spent 1 1/2 hours to complete the sofa/ love seat/ rug. His prices were very competetive and he and his co-worker were very friendly and patient with my children who kept getting in the way. I would possibly use him again.
