Comment: We have at least 1 leak from the outside. There appears to be some separation from the dirt soil outside with the outer foundational side wall. When it rains water is seaping in between this gap. This then leads to water build up and has cratered moisture, mold, and some minor flooding in our garage. We need someone to seal this gap and fix potential other leaks. Cut out the mold infected walls and clean them thoroughly. Finally ensure all leaks are fixed before putting the dry wall back up with paint.
