Busby showed up within half an hour of the scheduled time, and did the majority of the job that had been negotiated. When I called the dispatcher to confirm the rest of the job, he made certain that someone else came out to take care of the rest and admitted fault in not explaining it to the original two who came to pick up the garbage. If you have a special request, I'd strongly suggest confirming that morning that the drivers already know about it, but otherwise -- fine service!
