The guy they sent out was professional and respectful of my house. He interviewed me about my concerns and brought in the tools to evaluate the foundation of the house. The house does not need foundation construction at this time. He gave me some advice and recommendations, and that was it. No payment required. Appointment length was only about 30-45 mins in my case. The customer service line, when I called to set up the appointment, was very friendly too.
