Comment: 1) Upright support beams for front screen porch are rotting at the bottom. The "beams" are not solid, but are constructed by four boards that are configured with their sides together to form a square tube. This square tube is the "support beam. It may be possible to replace a part of the beam. There are two such beams on the porch. 2) There is a drip edging at the bottom of exterior siding that has signs of rot in one run of edging. The run is approximately 20 feet long. 3) A corner board for siding has a rotted bottom. 4) A door threshold for the door that leads to the crawl space under the house needs to be replaced.
