Pat was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. He was prompt with making an appointment to quote the job. His quote was very fair and detailed. He kept to the exact schedule he promised and the work was done with excellent care. I look forward to hiring him again. One last note, Pat put down some salt on our walkway to prevent his team from slipping with the drywall and was kind enough to call me at work and tell me to make sure our dogs wore their booties as to avoid stinging their paws on the salt. That's a caring contractor!

Comment: We have a family room that had half of the wall with wood paneling on it. We took down the wood paneling. We would like R40 insulation put in, and then green board drywall put up where the paneling used to be. The paneling only came half way up the wall. We would like it to be smooth so we can paint it a color when we're done. The drywall also comes out over cinder blocks, creating a shelf half way over the wall; right now, we can likely just paint over the paneling that creates the shelf, but we would like a quote to replace that too. This project would also include new trim along the wall for the edge of the shelf.
