Mike and his staff were friendly, reliable and punctual. The job was done well, the contractors were careful not and cleaned up afterward. We were very happy with the process, and the result!

It is now 2015, due the work Mike did on our foundation it has caused more damage due to him not following the engineered drawings. To make the matters worse Pikes Peak Regional past the inspection. I do have the facts Mike on this and you did us wrong. The cost to repair what you did is going to cost now over 90,000 and the recommendation it's not worth it, so tear it now and build new. You know that we called you in 1 1/2 years ago and you would not even come over and look at what your subs did on this foundation. We just discovered recently why the house is cracking and moving to the point no doors shut. Come on you use cinder blocks stacked that are hollow which is not structural for supporting the weight of a house. It's now collapsing. As for Pikes Peak Regional that are suppose to make sure the contractor follows the engineer drawings cannot not be trusted and now Home Advisor I will not trust as well since they support you in getting jobs.

Mike did an outstanding job. We built a 400 square foot addition on our home that included a family room upstairs and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the basement. The couple of changes we had throughout the project were handled timely and completely. The project was done on schedule. Mike always kept us informed of the timing of all phases of the project. All of Mike's sub-contractors were professional and did great work. Mike is a true professional that did a fantastic job from beginning to end. I highly recommend New Vision Custom Builders to anyone wanting a quality addition.

Mike did a great job on our addition. We added a 400 square foot addition that included a family room upstairs and two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. Mike was very professional throughout the process. We had a couple changes during the process and they were handled timely and correctly. Every aspect of the project was completed on time. All of the sub-contractors did a great job and have a great rapport with Mike. Mike was easy to get a hold of and he was very responsive to our calls. He always let us know what was going on and when work would be completed. We were very happy with the entire process and would definitely recommend Mike to anyone considering hiring him.

Mike Edwards from New Vision Contractors completed the original addition with the complication of a flood during the project. He was very responsive and went above and beyond to make the work successful. He hired subcontractors who were trustworthy, competent and personable. We recommend Mike and the work he does. We love our new house!

We did a complete remodel of our main living space and Mike was great to work with throughout the project. Mike and his team were masters in each of their respective trades and i would recommend them for any job you need done right.

MIke from New Vision did a great job on our basement remodel. Mike stuck to timeline and his goal was always to ensure that we were happy and satisfied. When things weren't right he made sure we worked things out until we were happy. Tips :encourage better communications regarding expectations and make sure you take time to go over the contract, plans, and placement of outlets, etc. Would have liked a little more discussion and communication in these regards, as well as directions and information, figures, etc. when going to pick out finishes, cabinets etc. with his design contacts. Overall good experience and product. Would recommend!
