Comment: Lost power to my garage. It appears that there is a short circuit because a 20 AMP fuse blows immediately when it is replaced. The fuse also powers a sump pump which is always in the off position because I rarely get water in the basement. When I place an incandescent bulb into the fuse socket, it lights...telling me that their is a short circuit.
