Cost: $3,400.00
The first time I hired them it was a good experience. I even talked to my neighbors and so far one has hired this company. However, the second time did not go as well. The work was scheduled two different times and each time no one showed up or called. The worst thing was the workers just showed up four days later without calling. I just happened to see them on a security camera while away. Unfortunately, the workers took the hardware off my LOCKED gate and started working. Afterwards, I noticed a gash in one of the pickets from the brand new gate they opened. What a violation! By the time I got home the work had already begun. Even though, we paid the company for the work, the picket on my gate still has not been fixed. WORST OF ALL MR. WEBER HAS NOT ATTEMPTED TO SPEAK WITH US ABOUT ANY OF THE ISSUES. He just took the money and ran. **No company or job is perfect, but it matters how they address any issues, especially when you subcontract your work. Mr. Weber has not shown any concern to this day.
Response by Weber Handyman Services: The subcontractor was contacted immediately and the cracked fence picket was repaired, along with adding new pickets that covered the fence area facing the street to keep the HOA happy with this home owner at no charge. A Marie Calendar's pie was also delivered hoping to help smooth things over.

Mr. Weber fit my small project into his busy schedule and completed it in a professional and timely manner. I will consider him again for other home repair/improvement projects. I highly recommend him to others as well.

Mr. Weber responded quickly and was extremely helpful to me and my great-grandparents who needed their back door repaired as soon as possible, he has completed multiple repairs for us that were necessary all at very reasonable prices.

Project: Hire a Handyman
Cost: $600.00
Mr. Weber is a true professional, courteous, helpful, timely and efficient. He acknowledges the problem, analyses and fully performs the scope of the work at hand. This was a first time experience for me hiring this gentleman; and I plan to use him on other projects in the next few weeks and months to come. I will post our progress as work is completed. I would highly recommend Mr. Ben Weber for privacy fence repairs. Ben started on time and finished quickly. The work was to completed to my satisfaction. Thank you Ben.
