The guy they sent out was professional and respectful of my house. He interviewed me about my concerns and brought in the tools to evaluate the foundation of the house. The house does not need foundation construction at this time. He gave me some advice and recommendations, and that was it. No payment required. Appointment length was only about 30-45 mins in my case. The customer service line, when I called to set up the appointment, was very friendly too. Comment: We own a house in San Francisco that was built in the late thirtys . It is a two unit home now . The foundation on the left side of the home is very soft , spaulding ( I think thats the term ) white looking concrete . As you enter the garage on your left side the foundation is about 30 '' in height and approx 18 feet long . Not sure how far the foundation goes down below the garage concrete floor . Naturally , you would have to see this for a proper quote . Thats about as good as I can explain it . Thanks xxx
