Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
XLT did excellent work - completing the job on schedule. Additionally, they enabled me to get a reduced price on the tile used. They are not the cheapest in town, but the quality of work makes up for the additional cost. I will definately use them again on future projects

It was difficult communicating with them, as they spoke very little English. They did not come at the appointed time. All in all it was not a pleasant experience. My floor does look good.

XLT Construction was very prompt in contacting me regarding my request for a quote to install tile flooring. They quickly worked with me to schedule a time to provide an estimate in person. Upon arrival they were very professional and explained each line item of my budget for review. I greatly appreciate their high caliber of customer service and would recommend the XLT crew to anyone pricing out a potential project.

My bathroom went from builder grade to model house with all the extras! Love my walk in shower. The new cabinet tower perfectly matches the original cabinets. The workers were friendly and polite. The work took a bit longer than expected due to ordering out of stock items, but in the end....LOVE IT!

XLT Construction did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel. Leonel is always available to answer questions or concerns via phone or email. He follows up quickly, which is rare for most contractors these days. His crew did great work and were a pleasure to have in your home. They communicated the progress throughout the process, showed up on time, and did not leave a mess. In addition to the great work, we felt like we received a very fair price from Leonel. I would not hesitate to recommend XLT Construction highly to anyone.

They made a couple of order errors, or maybe it was vendor, but the errors wee corrected and even though it cost XLT money for the errors, it was not billed to me.

When I hired XLT Construction they were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. I hired them because of their promise to be done in 3 weeks or less. So when we signed the contract they again assured me the project would take only 2-3 weeks because we had already had every thing picked out and ordered before the work began. They showed up to demolish the bathroom then the problems started, no one showed up to finish the work. No ONE managed the project, unless I called to find out where the guys were they did not show up. As we approached the deadline for the completed I placed a call to Leonel and he was out of the country. When he returned I asked him when the project would be done. He showed up at my house and had the audacity to yell at me because I questioned him on the lack management for the project. Pedro his business partner and his wife Claudia were the two I dealt with from that point forward, until the project was finished. Pedro and Claudia jumped through hoops to get the project finished over one month later. The push to have the job finished in that timely manner was due to a baby being born, no they did not finish in time! Due to a lack of management and terrible customer service (on Leonel's part) I would not use nor recommend XLT Construction to anyone.

Expert work and workers, on my granite counter tops for my kitchen and bathrooms which also included new sinks and faucets, plus installation of new toilets. Had a little adjustment issue there but they took care of it quickly. They did a beautiful job.

Expert workers! Reconfigured our master bath from a tub /shower to a door-less walk in spa shower with built in bench, decorative grab bars, etc. Also custom cabinets to fit the length of an odd shaped wall to give my husband his own "medicine cabinet" in that odd shaped corner. I was able to find a piece of granite "left over" at his shop for a very small fee. It matched the wood perfectly! I hired them not only because they assured me they would have the remodel completed by the end of Feb. before family came out to visit, but the detailed contract, pictures of actual work, etc. They were on time when they scheduled. All the workers called on time and arrived on time. Our bathroom is stunning!!
