Exterior Front porch demolition and full replica replacement + foundation repairs/New Masonry front walk. Thier work and knowledge is far greater then is marketed on the web site. When we first met, and with every subsequant visit and stage of work, I realized that Al knew and was very experienced with everything from general construction, foundation work, local building code as well as working with the local inspector. The finished project is beautiful, solidly built and I truly feel it will last a very long time. My only criticism was that he does not market himself well. He should improve the web page to really show the quality work.

Comment: Im having a washer/dryer installed in my apartment in the North End. I had a plumber by this morning who said that its a fairly straightforward job, but that I need to have a swath of the wall removed for him to run the pipes and do the work. He works with a contractor who is booked through June, which isnt ideal at all. Its a very small job, in fact, if I had a little more courage Id attempt it myself. Essentially, the person would have to remove about a foot of drywall from the middle of one wall that is about 8 long, and an adjacent wall until the sink is met (about 30 or so).

Comment: Hi, I just bought a condo where the back door is a massive/tall custom door. Because of this the weathering has become an issue. There is no "step down" or "step in" on the door and so when it rains or snows, it comes in. The weather strips are done too. Essentially we want to create it so the back door is a normal sized door, not custom, we add a step in and a step out, plus a glass pane at the top (separate from the door) as sort of extra lighting. There is also a common roof on the front porch that needs to be repaired. Potential two window replacements as well in our one bedroom unit.
