Comment: Hi, I just bought a ground-level 1 BR condo in Seattle and there are two townhouse-style units straddling my unit, above. Both have internal staircases. The footfall racket from their floors and stairs is torture and feels super loud and vibration-like. I am very disappointed in the building construction.
