Comment: Was in process of getting quotes to renovate house. House has been vacant for some time. Some damage was caused by a pipe burst early 2015 but most of that has dried. Had water turned off but water company installed new meter and turned water on so major water leak in house for approximately a week or two. Removed carpet and pad from main room damaged and have removed all standing water. Not sure how much wallboard should be removed. Probably need for dehumidifiers and drying out.
