This company assessed the situation and recommend to NOT do a replacement/repair. Fantastic visit with sound advice that the job really DIDN'T need to be done and that this could be completed with a do-it-yourself approach instead of tearing out stairs etc. This was honest professionalism which I sincerely appreciated. In fact Braddock Construction would be first on my go to list for a future similar home project.
