My project started out as a basic project, but due to a poor job done by the previous owner there were a lot of hidden surprises and issues we had to deal with. John and his team were able to address these issues promptly, and had the proper knowledge and expertise to solve them. It's hard to find a one stop shop for everything these days, and these guys are it. They are truly masters of their trade.

Comment: We have a double-door, 1400 sq ft walkout basement with a step-down media rough in and bathroom rough in. There are two small windows we might want to enlarge. We would like to add a bar and wine cellar, and install a pub height, granite console desk area below the windows. The ceiling is 9'. and the floor only concrete, at present. there is wall insulation on all of the walls, some of which may need replacing. We need lighting fixtures, and duct work installed. The stairway is unfinished, also. Our preference is rustic...Mediterranean/transitional style. Materials prefered are wood, stone, and stucco treatment over drywall. Use: Gatherings up to 20 people, music (need to accommodate 2 upright pianos, guitars), exercise (small amount of equipment), reading, and relaxing... Spaces: Bath, Wet bar, Sitting area, Reading/study area, Media room/grotto (w/gas fireplace...optional), Storage areas...beneath stairs, and with hot water heater (cat box access)...
