I can't download from the Google Play Store

We’re sorry you’re having issues downloading from the Google Play Store. Try these steps to fix the problem. There are 6 total steps, but you might solve your problem before the end. 

Step 1 of 6: Check that you have storage space on your device

If you’re running out of storage space the Play Store may have problems downloading and installing apps. 

Check to see if you have storage space on your device:

1. Open your device's Settings app .
2. Scroll down and touch Storage & USB.
3. Check your storage availability.
