Comment: I sold my place. As conditions of the purchase, I have to replace my hot water heater and garbage disposal. The water heater location is elevated above my dryer in my laundry closet. It's a "short boy" 50 gallon, but I assume 40 would work too. Whatever is easiest and cheapest. It is not currently leaking. However, it must have at some point, because there's corrosion at the bottom. Just need to replaced and working. Garbage disposal does not work at all, and hasn't since I've lived there. It is also causing the sink not to drain on that side. I assume one fixes the other. I'd prefer a quote on both from the same company, but it's not required.
