Comment: We installed Teragren bamboo flooring (floating floor) and in two sections the boards are separating when the temperature changes from summer to winter. I filed a claim with Teragren and the company provided new boards to replace those that are separated and also the room divider pieces to be used at two door locations where the boards are separating (Teragren suggested cutting the boards at the room entrances so that they will not pull apart during summer and winter climate changes) and using a divider (Teragren provided these as well) at each door entrance where the boards need to be cut. I also have a tile floor that has two tiles broker and I need them replaced (I have two replacement tiles as well).
