Any attendee who has purchased a ticket to Summit at Sea and is unable to attend due to any reason including but not limited to a personal matter, scheduling conflict, or force majeur must inform Summit Series via email by the following dates:

Cancellations filed prior to January 1, 2015 shall be refunded 100% of the cost of ticket sale less registration processing fee. |
2. |
Cancellations filed prior to March 1, 2015 shall be refunded 75% of the cost of ticket sale. |
3. |
Cancellations filed prior to May 1, 2015 shall be refunded 50% of the cost of ticket sale. |
4. |
Cancellations filed prior to July 1, 2015 shall be refunded 25% of the cost of ticket sale. |
5. |
Cancellations filed on or after July 1, 2015 shall not be refunded. |
Registrations are non-transferable.
