Project: Hire a Handyman
Kwase was extremely thorough in the work that he did in my home. Also expressed and demonstrated an expertise in the particular issue I hired him to do.

After paying nearly $500, unit is still not fixed.
Response by Mr. SOS: For future reference, we did give a $200 refund for the service which is almost half of the total cost. Our company spent more than the customer paid for this project. We spoke about what could've been done better and settled on this amount to be refunded for a fair resolution. Thank you and i'm glad we were able to work something out so that you do not feel completely unsatisfied with the outcome and I can not stress how sorry we are for any and all inconveniences we may have caused you.

The sales rep/project coordinator was responsive and reliable in handling procedural matters with the building. The work itself could have been completed within an hour in my view. Recommended.

The reason for that is because we like to make sure everything is done correctly the first time around so that there are no mishaps causing us having to come back and fix something you are unhappy with. We take our time on projects however, we do not take more time than needed. We would be missing out on future jobs if this was true and each of our workers has an extremely busy schedule, so there is no room to waste time. Overall, we're extremely glad you are satisfied with the outcome.
