Judge refused to release Kesha from her Dr. Luke contract
After fans rallied around the pop singer this morning ahead of her court hearing, Kesha's motion for a preliminary injunction was denied by a New York judge. This means that Kesha is still contracted with producer Dr. Luke, who she sued for sexual and emotional abuse in 2014.
