The contractor worked hard to acquire an acceptable insurance settlement for the storm damaged porch he was going to replace. The work and quality of the product were top notch.

Work involved adding a front door enclosure, expanding and renovating the rear den/sunroom and adding a new deck. Overall it was a very good experience. Brian Keller was professional and a pleasure to work with and reasonable about resolving items of concern and modifications. The work crew (Ron and Bob) was also very cooperative and friendly. Workmanship was above average. One item that potential clients must do is carefully review the contract scope of work (before signing) and the plans. If it's not written into the contract and not on the plans, you're likely not going to get it without being charged an extra.

Completed beautifully, top workmanship! Our project was to add two rooms and a full bath. We were lucky to find NJSA after almost a year of interviewing multiple builders. Upon meeting with Peter, the CEO, his experience and integrity was obviously the best. Also, we were impressed by the quality of workmanship we saw at a large remodel/addition project they were working on at that time.
