   Populate page order in 10's based on the hierarchy.

   At the moment it lists everything by alpha order, would be awesome to add, 10,20,30 to all the sub pages in the order that they are input.

   Fantastic plugin otherwise!

   This sounds like a useful feature, it will be considered in one of the future versions of the plugin.
