Much like richardq2d, I had done the same. My error was in regards to purchasing the wrong subscription type (personal instead of professional) as we need the use of the Datepicker. I immediately contacted the developer through their contact form on-site and was pleasantly surprised at their responsiveness to queries.

Not only did they answer my question in regards to the needing to upgrade, they additionally gifted me the proper version I needed before payment. I think this practice is a little dangerous as not everyone is honorable in that sense... but their intentions were on point and I happen to not be a scoundrel.

The plugin is simple and is packed with loads of useful functions in regards to not only building the forms themselves, but all the way down to styling every aspect of your form. There are many template styles to chose from and although some of the styling is a bit archaic basic-data rendered type styling, we were able to chose one closest to our concept and modify its css from there.

About the css. Everything in the bones is very well documented, so if you're a novice and have some basic knowledge of css and php... you'll be delighted to see that everything is well laid out and you'll just what sections of code do what. The more savvy designers will breathe easy knowing that there is very little effort modifying your new form and all it's parts.

Additionally, the plugin is very simple to navigate on the backend (directory and it's content via ftp) so really modifying and styling to your liking is a very simple task.

Definitely a 5-star plugin.

I had an issue where I purchased the wrong version (for Joomla instead of WordPress)
Once I found Simon on their forum and messaged him he resolved the issue immediately.
Excellent.
And the plug in is simple to use... even for someone who can buy the wrong software version!

It's very unclear just how to upgrade your settings to the PRO version to use the file uploader -- a good plugin but setting things up twice is a bit unsettling. Knowing that even the FREE version would allow for the uploader I wouldn't have wasted my time with the demo version.

The file uploader seems to be a PRO version. A little misleading but overall a good form for basic contact.

Great plugin and it has all of the features I need; however, I think the free version needs some kind of basic Captcha, even if it's just a 1+1= box. Paid Captcha could offer better protection, such as animated letters.

I had a display issue . The problem was solved in one day . Attentive , efficient and fast.
