Comment: This is a 2 story 4 Plex apartment located at 3121 So 216th St, Des Moines 98198 (next to I5) Buildiing is cross shaped - ridges in two directions. 1/4 of Roof (with one valley) faces So East toward weather. This 1/4 of total has had numerous episodes over last 5 years of high wind pulling up shingles. I want to replace only the 1/4 of roof with high wind rated shingles. It does not have to match other 3/4 of roof. Remaining 3/4 of roof has never had problems. Apartment building is 4500 sq. feet or 2250 sq feet per floor - roof is fairly steep. I want to get this done in next few months.
