We may permit you to submit, post, upload, publish, email, send or transmit text, graphics, images, music, audio, video, photos, information, code, or other content to us through our public website. Unless otherwise agreed by you in writing, 3D Robotics, Inc. does not claim any ownership rights in such content. By making such content available to us, you hereby grant to 3D Robotics, Inc. a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, reference, store, cache, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast and otherwise exploit such content in any form, medium or technology now known or later developed, in whole or in part, for any purpose. You agree that neither 3D Robotics, Inc. or any third party have any obligation to provide any compensation to you for such content or the licenses granted above. You understand that 3D Robotics does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to such content you submit.  You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, consents and releases that are necessary to grant the foregoing license to 3D Robotics, Inc. and that the use of such content as permitted above will not infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
