Movers scheduled to show up between 7 - 9 AM. Did not show up until 2:30 PM. Besides this (which was extremely frustrating) they did a good job of performing the services asked and was a good value.

I had 5 guys and 2 trucks. The company actually came out to see what was being moved. There was a big screw-up on who was to be where. The first team went to the new house to unload the 1st truck. The 2nd team started loading the 2nd truck. The 2nd truck became full, so the 1st team decided to come back to get the rest of my stuff. However, they didn't show up, so I called management. I was told that they had dropped off the truck and had gone home. Well, I still had stuff throughout the house, in the garage and driveway, and on my yard. I had to have everything out this night. Their management had the 1st team come back and gave them a truck. When they arrived to continue loading, they realized the truck had a lock on it, and no keys. I called management again, this time very upset! The manager told me that if I kept talking to him the way I was (it is now 10:00PM) he would just cancel the whole thing. They then had the 2nd team come back to finish, however, the truck hadn't been completely unloaded, so they ran out of room again. The decision was made to deliver the 2nd truck the next morning. I did not get to my new home until 2:30AM. The next morning, I called to find out when they were going to deliver the remaining stuff. They told me there was going to be a delay due to the fact that the keys were locked in the truck and they had to get a locksmith. While they were unloading the 2nd truck, I noticed a piece of carved wood on the floor of the garage in my new home. It was part of my curio cabinet. There was also broken shards of glass in the driveway, that appeared to be from a mirror. The curio cabinet is nowhere to be found, and they did not mention that it was damaged. We even checked the dumpster across the street to see if they dumped it in there. I also realized that a very large mirror did not get loaded into the truck and still remains at the old house. I do not know if I will be able to get it back since the new owners are now occupying the house.

When I called to schedule over the phone, they were very helpful and friendly. On the day of the move, I was pleasantly surprised when the first thing they did was wrap the furniture to keep the drawers in place, etc. The workers were very courteous and professional and did a great job. Very fair on the price.
