My oven needed a special part, which they ordered from their tablet right from my kitchen and were able to tell me when it would be available. The service techs were great! They were on time, friendly, worked efficiently and did a great job. They put on shoe covers which shows a lot of respect for our property - which was a very nice touch! I was very satisfied and will use them again when the opportunity arises.

Very professional and they did a great job. I was a little surprised that the same tech who started the job was not the same tech who came back to complete the job when the parts arrived.

One of the few appliance repair shops that work on LG and Samsung appliances. Service was accomplished in a reasonable amount of time and in a professional manner. Well done.

Mr Appliance is very prompt and professional. I entered my HomeAdvisor request just as the SuperBowl was starting and Ed called me back within minutes. His technician was at my property the next day. All work was completed promptly and with no hassles. I will definitely call Mr. Appliance again.

Useless. I called and told them that I had a dishwasher that was leaking and needed to be looked at, and that it was removed from its cabinet location. The repair person showed up, with minutes to spare in the time frame I was given. Im actually ok with the time because someone has to be on the tail end of the time window given, it just happened to be me I guess. The dishwasher was disconnected from its power source which isnt a big deal in my opinion because the tech should be able to reconnect the power for testing purposes. The tech stated that the water supply hose I had wasnt long enough and that I should have bought a hose from a hardware store that was longer than the factory hose that came with the unit. ?????What????? Why????He stated he could not test the unit because I didnt have a longer supply hose. Ok he's an appliance technician with a truck. How do you not have supply hoses yourself? How would I know that I should have a longer than factory supply hose to begin with. Needless to say he "wasnt" able to do anything. Except take $75.00 from me for a "service call". My wife came home before the tech left and was extremely not happy with this as I wasnt, but she doesnt hide it away like I usually do and grilled the tech why it wasnt being tested and how come he didnt have the correct parts to test it. Needless to say it still ended up with me paying $75. But she did call Mr. Appliance to complain. One of the secretary's or someone similar said that the supervisor was not in but would call her back. I think you can guess the rest. Yep...no call back from them. So regardless of what they say when you book the appointment "we dont want to make money on a service charge, we would rather have repeat business from you", I dont believe them and you shouldnt either.
