Comment: :The location is a 11 unit Homeowners Association xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. L.A. 90025. The issue regards the right side common area walk-way the has an underground sumpt pump that becomes overloaded during a downpour causing flooding into a ground level homeowners unit. Potential structural issue of sloping which leads to water collecting more in the center area of the 50 ft walk-way. Two options to either put in a more powerful sumpt pump or regrade the likely structure defect caused by the developer. This second scenario would require tearing up the concrete and refiguring the grade so the water runs out to the front sidewalk area, There are a set of concrete stairs on the right front street side of this problem area which does not exist on the other left front non problem side of building walkway which we believe is adding to the issue, since this non stair front left area drains perfectly.. The concrete stairs on the problem side do not serve any legitimate purpose and logically does
