Comment: Bedroom needs two walls replaced with new sheet rock, taping and mudding. The other two walls need to have all cracks, mars, filled with mud; all four walls need to be textured - knock-down; all four walls need to be painted. The popcorn ceiling needs to be removed removed; all cracks or mars need to be filled; knockdown texture applied and painted. The bedroom floor is currently hardwood and it is not level so it needs to be leveled and then we are going to have carpet installed. Don't know if this is something this contractor can do or not.
