Comment: Based on the home inspection we found the below issues (a detailed .pdf report with pictures is available) 1. Roof sheathing is deteriorated to the starter strip at the front, left, right and rear sides of home. Needs to be replaced. Involves Shingle replacement (a matching shingle) 2. Fungi growth below the passive roof vents in the upper attic area. Actively leaking. Roof Vents and related components needs to be repaired or replaced 3. Roof covering has nails popping out in various areas at front of home (That's really bad roof job.. No wonder there are leaks...). Sealing with roof cement is the cheapest and not so recommended solution. Must be replaced. 4. Clothes Dryer Venting pipe is leaking in the attic and this can become a fire hazard 5. Toilet is loose at floor at the bath. Reset the toilet on a new wax seal. 6. Multiple windows have weak or broken channel balances hardware and will not stay up. Needs to be repaired.
