Sea Salt SW 6204 by Sherwin-Williams -- Gray-blue is a color that's both modern and classic. It has the versatility of a blue and the contemporary cool of a gray. Sea Salt will look great with almost any accent.

"Some colors I used last season were Silver Strand (light blue gray), Mindful gray, Oyster Pearl, Passive Gray, and Intellectual Gray. I also like soft greens and richer blue tones. A good clean white is nice for trim because it makes the wall color pop. I use oil based paint on all my cabinets and trim so it is easy to clean. I always like to get samples and put them up on the wall before I determine what color to go with."

Gray Blue, true value paint called "reward." Gray Blue with grass cloth wall paper wall and dark wood furniture.

Pinner said: One of the number one questions we get asked is, "What color is that?" We will be doing several editions of our paint series (whites, blues, etc.), but are starting with our go-to grays. Favorite Paint Color ~ Benjamin Moore Quiet Moments Quiet Moments is a very soft, muted gray with a hint of blue and a tiny touch of green. In the dining room above, it's a nice cool complement to the warm wood tones in the room. And it's a great backdrop for the art collection on the far wall.

What I love about Sea Salt (SW 6204), by Sherwin-Williams, is that it is a chameleon of a color. It’s blue, gray, and green, all at the same time. This means, it presents itself differently, depending on the room lighting and surroundings. Here are some examples.

Pashmina – Gives you just enough color on the wall. It’s a true gray that doesn’t go blue or green. Revere – An almost white color with the perfect hint of gray. Chelsea – This is Kim’s favorite go to for darker grays. A real standout. Sparrow – A good choice for a room where you want to make a statement. Any contrasting color works with this. Dolphin – Beautiful choice for kitchen cabinets.
